Shane was an AWESOME Pacer and really contributed to a great Vermont 100 miler experience! He is so enthusiastic, funny and encouraging. I could not have asked for a better pacer.
He is an all around great guy! And it was a pleasure running with him.
I'm glad that he got to work with you. You've really made a difference for him! He is great and that's why he's MFF (My favorite friend). :) Good luck on your future runs. Your ability amazes me! I remember how stoked I was when I got my workouts up to 10 miles. I can't imagine doing that 10 times in a row!
